standards and the social and environmental clauses in its contracts.

SUPPLIER ASSESSMENT

QUALITY MANAGEMENT The Group s subsidiaries have im- plemented quality management systems to oversee their opera- tions. These systems are conceived to ensure the control and ongo- ing improvement of all process- es, to guarantee compliance with external requirements (whether regulatory or imposed by Rexel s stakeholders) and, in particular, to bolster customer satisfaction with respect to products and services. In addition to its requirements re- garding products and commercial relations, Rexel strives to incorpo- rate social and environmental con- siderations into its supplier evalua- tions in order to better control the related risks and to involve its sup- pliers in a process of continuous improvement.

SUPPLIER EVALUATION In 2014, the Rexel Group final- ized the pilot project to assess its suppliers CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) performance via a shared evaluation platform. The results of this first initiative were very positive, thus prompting the Rexel Group s decision to roll out the EcoVadis platform worldwide in 2015 and 2016. Through this shared platform, companies are evaluated accord- ing to 21 criteria in four main areas: the environment, social aspects,

EcoVadis campaign For the pilot campaign launched with EcoVadis in 2013, 50 suppliers were evaluated, with a response rate of 83%. Among them:

23% have signed the Global Compact;

58% are ISO 14001 certified;

38% are OHSAS 18001 certified;

79% have a reporting system concerning their energy consumption and health and safety indicators.
