Career development is a key driver of Rexel s transformation and of its employees engagement. The launch of the Rexel Academy is in keeping with this momentum of recognizing the value of human

capital and supporting career advancement.



Employee skill adaptation is simul- taneous with the evolution of the Group s strategy. New require- ments in terms of customer cen- tricity, commitment to Group val- ues or collaborative work are being added to existing technical and managerial qualifications. The Rexel Academy addresses these expectations.

THE REXEL ACADEMY The Rexel Academy will be a digital company university designed to be a widely accessible blend- ed learning platform. The media used include e-learning modules, documents to download, quizzes, videos, self-evaluations and MOOC (Massive Online Open Courses), and also offer classroom-based learning (coaching, training, etc.).

Each training session can thus mix different media, some of which are already available; in particular the training modules developed by the Group, its subsidiaries, or product manufacturers. The aim of this content sharing is to im- prove access to development pro- grams and to optimize costs. >>
